Grill out with some Asian BBQ Ribs

Labor Day has come and gone. The grills are starting to burn out from the holiday weekend and there is only a month left of the baseball season...well unless your team was lucky enough to make it to the post-season, which alas, my beloved Colorado Rockies are not going to be participating in. The turn of fall means leaves are changing colors, more layers of clothing are making their way out of the closet and cooler nights are upon us.

A great way to extend the fall season outdoors is with a custom fire pit to gather around on the chilly nights. There is no better way to entertain guests than by gathering around the warmth of a flame for food, drink and conversation. Before you retire the grill to the shed, you can still get out there and take advantage of what time we have left to enjoy the outdoors this fall. Ive been grilling food almost every other day this summer (no lie) and have come up with great recipes in the process, however one dish I did not prepare this summer was Asian BBQ Spare Ribs. I just came across a great, easy-to-prepare recipe I thought Id pass along to everyone before "grillin season" is through.

Whitney Chen, former competitor on the Food Networks "Next Food Network Star", shares her secret recipe for the Asian sauce and marinade that will blow your mind. Whitney shares this recipe for us in this helpful video below:

So until we can no longer enjoy the cool fall evenings, get out there and enjoy the grill while you can, I know I will be. And if you are in the need of a fire pit for your outdoor living space or patio, let us know and well be happy to help you out with any questions you may have. Happy grilling!
